Seems like the bottom of the middle container is too thin. Anyone else have this issue?

those are supports brother, your supports failed and you got stringing in there

Support Issue:Supports took almost 30 minutes to remove and left little stringy things in the main compartment
Other Issues:After taking the time to remove all the supports, the lid is so loose their isn't enough friction to keep it closed right off the printer. It looks good, but isn't functional.

Which lid are you talking about, the small one or big one? Your provided photo doesnt show the issue. Did you use the profile i provided with no changes made? Did you use the recommended material? Did you disable auto leveling and/or flow test? also, its important to remove supports quickly after print. Once they're cold, they're much harder to remove.

The big lid, I removed the supports when it finished printing. I printed it two times, had the same issues both times, both with the designer profile.

It’s rough around the bottom edge, but maybe it’s my printer’s fault. But I’m satisfied

the overhang I went with is a little harsh for printers on the tail end of the maintenance cycle. I plan to upload a more tolerant design coming soon and will send a notification to all printees that a new file is available. Thanks for the reminder friend.

Zyn Tin - Lid that actually fits
body (lower shell and mid shell) printed great. but the lid ended up being way to loose and wouldn't hold in place. I use Bambu PLA .4, I reprinted useing the designers profile for the lid and it fit perfectly.

Fit is very tight and hard to open up. Any settings I should change or does it break in a bit?

usually this issue on the model will be from moist filament. moist (and older) filament prints "bigger"

I’m using brand new Bambu PLA. I’ll try to scale the top up a bit and see if I can make it a bit looser. Currently need to screwdrivers to pry it open

I had no issues with the print profile. All of the supports came off as intended. The main lid is slightly loose.
