Gear helical fidget model

New!!!

I also added the size of the model 125%, that's the model I'm holding in my hand, for those with big hands or who want a more detailed model

Update!!!

I continue with the experiments and enlarged the model to 140%. It has dimensions of 80x40x40mm and weighs 54g - it is already a real toy, the wheels turn better thanks to the weight - you will see in the new video.

A few more tips for the successful running of figdet:

Smooth the axles where the seam of the perimeters is, as well as the holes in the wheels - with a drill, and clean the spaces between the teeth with a metal brush. After a few turns, the wheels should run smoothly

I like it but it doesn't run smooth as in your videos...Maybe it takes a little to be smooth

You need to turn it a lot and it will go smoother, or place the seam of the print between the gear teeth

I scaled it to 75% and it printed flawlessly. It spins freely.

really special lil toy. needs a keychain ring hold and magnets or clip to connect multiple together I made a 50 and 75% version and uploaded it. but gotta work on getting it to connect together
