Print Profile(2)

Description
Update 04-06-2025
Sorry it took so long but I just updated the the main 3mf file to include all previous updates including the new ones that are the all proper mounting, gear and cover for the motor that is listed below.
Update 03-15-2025
There never really was a specific motor that was giver from the original creator so I decided to pick one and go with it. I add a couple print profiles above. One is cover for the motor itself and the plug for power. One is the mount for the motor without the transmission and the last one is a adaptor/mounting plate to be able to use it with the transmission. below are a couple different links to the motor. I'm still working on the gear to the flywheel. I should be done with this in the next week or so. Thank you everybody for the patients

Update 02-22-2025
I redesigned the crank shaft parts to lock together better making much easier to keep everything square to itself and also increasing the overall stiffness of the completed crank shaft. It also at least for me got rid of about 75% of the wobble I had at the flywheel and pully ends. Assembly is almost exactly the same. No extra parts, screws, nuts or bearings. Just pair the 2 “crank2” and “crank2 male” together and everything else is the same.
Update 02-04-2025
I redesigned the connecting rod to accept a M3 nut instead of the heat set inserts. They were always a pain to get in with out destroying the part. The fit is very tight on purpose. I recommend using a little heat from a soldering iron to help get them in that little bit. If you don't use heat the edge will likely crack. You also may have a small clearance issue once installed. It's a very tiny amount and a bit of sandpaper will take care of it.
This is a full scale version of the original Toyota 4 Cylinder Engine 22RE model by Eric Harrell. This file contains all the parts colored and laid out on build plates. Original files can be found here: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:644933. This was also remixed by https://makerworld.com/en/@NotKuro . I believe his was scaled to 35%. This is the full scale version. Be sure to also check out the transmission that goes with this model. https://makerworld.com/en/models/858410#profileId-808159. I encourage everyone to check out the link to this wonderful work of art to get more community notes and updates from Eric.
I believe that there was some hardware kits available on MakerRX at one point but as far as I know they have not been available for a good while now. The parts list for all non printed parts are in the available in the PDF instructions created by Eric
