Description

Bosch Professional - 18V Battery Adaptor

For Bosch Professional 18V Batteries. Perfect to power all 18V devices.

To be even more flexible it is handy to use a step up/down converter. (Volage control) Check my other files and you will find a housing design for one of these converters.

What else do you need? (see last picture)

5x Cylinder head screw M3 x 8mm

2x Wago Clamp (3 slots)

2x Flat Plug 6,3 mm wide (the red ones for 0.5-1.5 mm²)

A few centimeters of cable

TIPP for assembly:

Slide the bottom part into a bosch battery. Then place the two flat plugs (connected to a cable) into the battery contacts. Then glue the plugs in place. In the end screw the top cover into place. This way the flat plugs are placed perfect.

very nice only bad thing is they are a little tight so I have to push to the side els it won't lock the battery. i would give it 4.5/5 but as you can't do that I let it be 5/5

Printed fine, supports removed easily enough. Fitted the battery and the wago connectors very well.

Thank you for your reply. I wanted to keep it as small as possible. I will think about adding a second version with an on/off switch.

thanks for the boost. appreciate it. in general you are right you can plug in 2 different devices but they need to be 18v devices or you need a boost/buck converter.
