Description
Few weeks back I started working on our DMG Mori NLX2500/1250 and found that it lacked sufficient coolant options.
Once I got home I fired up Autodesk Fusion and came up with this simple and effective Coolant Nozzle that fits the standard 14mm Ball Nozzle commonly found on tool holders or CNC Machines.
I highly suggest that you print one to test the fit as I know there are huge variations in how much the finished part has shrunk during cooling - I ended up with 14.05mm to be the perfect fit for our machine as it gave a nice snug fit but it was still easy to set-up in the right direction.
I've printed mine in standard PETG for now but I will probably end up using Carbon Fiber PETG in the future batches.
