Traditional play meets modern technology—introducing the 3D-printed pop-gun.

Note: This is an assembly kit; additional materials are required, including:

Approximately 160mm of 6x4mm PTFE tubing

Approximately 220mm of 3.5-3.8mm diameter stainless steel rod (3.8mm recommended)

The PTFE inner tube ensures lower friction and improved sealing.

The metal rod is less prone to breakage and allows for a smaller caliber, facilitating easier operation.

The streamlined design enhances air pressure at the launch end.

The extended barrel maximizes the efficiency of compressed air propulsion.

Instructions for Use:

Pack a small amount of dampened tissue into the chamber shown below, ensuring the rod reaches the bottom.

Never insert projectiles from this opening.

Once the first projectile reaches the launch end, reload with another tissue and swiftly push the rod; atmospheric pressure will propel the projectile.

Repeat the process.

Assembly Instructions:

1. Straighten the 6x4mm PTFE tubing and trim it to match the length of the main body.

2. Use the loosest compression ring and a craft knife to trim the ends of the PTFE tubing evenly.

3. Starting with the loosest compression ring, gradually compress one end of the PTFE tubing to seal it.

Note:This step is crucial; tighter compression rings increase launch power but require more force to operate the rod. Experiment to find the optimal compression ring.

4. Insert the compressed PTFE tubing into the main body until flush.

5. Use a pen or similar conical object to expand the base.

The base is designed to expand the PTFE tubing for a snug fit.

6. Install the barrel extension.

7. Install the compression block, tighten the handle cover; consider using adhesive if needed.

Note: Extending the metal rod 3-5mm from the rear facilitates easier loading.

8. Trim the metal rod so that when fully inserted, it is approximately 7-8mm from the top; fine-tune by adjusting the pusher later.
