This is actually a direct import from Thingiverse (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:5861632/files) of a part by thewillstokes. This is used to replace the inner latch mechanism on Regalo Babygates that tends to break loose pretty often. Instead of buying it off Amazon for $15 a pop (often 3D printed anyways) just print your own and save the $!
