Display Protector Organizer Box

Bill of Materials
Description
If, like me, you're the family member responsible for applying screen protectors to your relatives' smartphones, you probably have a mountain of boxes filled with screen protectors and accessories. My drawer overflowed, and I was tired of rummaging through everything, so I adapted Whity's box for the safe storage and transport of screen protectors (or tempered glass). I've divided the box to easily accommodate numerous screen protectors, and—provided the applicators aren't overly large—they'll fit inside as well (see images). I've also included space for a small UV lamp, necessary for curing the adhesive of, for example, Apple Watch tempered glass. Mine also holds small webcam covers, MagSafe metal rings, cleaning wipes, microfiber cloths, bubble removal cards, and a non-slip mat. The compartments are replicated in the lid to prevent shifting during transport. For immediate identification of contents, I designed and incorporated a logo into the lid. Everything prints without supports. The box, lid, and tabs print best from a robust material like PLA or PETG; the gasket, if needed, prints best from TPU. Assembly requires six 30mm M3 screws.
