180 mm Wind Turbine (Wind Wheel) 6 Blades
Print Profile(1)

Bill of Materials
- VA Gewindestange M10 1000mm x 1: VA threaded rod M10
- Kugellager 8x22x7 mm (608 ZZ oder 2RS) x 2: ball bearings 8x22x7 mm (608 ZZ or 2RS)
Description
The wind wheel is optimally printed in two parts, individually.
After inserting the ball bearings (see below), the bottom cover is glued on.
Before gluing, check the synchronization and correct it if necessary.
Occasionally lubricating the bearings with a small amount of oil during outdoor use (where else would you use it) is harmless.
You will also need two 8x22x7 mm ball bearings (608 ZZ or 2RS) and, for example, a VA threaded rod M10, with a 14 mm long cylinder of diameter 8 mm screwed onto one end.
It is crucial that the bearings spin smoothly.
For 608 2RS bearings, the plastic caps can be removed, for instance.
Then, wash out the bearing grease and replace it with a smooth-running oil.

It does not hurt to lubricate the bearings occasionally with a small amount of oil during outdoor use (where else).
Also required are two 8x22x7 mm ball bearings (608 ZZ or 2RS) and, for instance, a VA threaded rod M10, onto which a 14 mm long cylinder with a diameter of 8 mm is screwed at one end.
