Description

A neat spool holder design with various widths for different spool sizes. We've designed it to finish flush with the sides of your spool to maximise space when storing numerous spools side by side. Plus it just looks super pleasing with this nice detail!
We have also incorporated a simple Filament guide designed in a way to keep your spool perfectly aligned with the spool holder and snug in the saddle when printing directly from the spool holder.

We have also incorporated stainless steal bearings into the design to make contact with the edge of your spool for a super smooth low friction rotation. (This will also reduce the load bearing on your filament extruder or buffers reducing wear on your printer components and prolonging its service life)

Please be sure to note there are after bearings incorporated into the design. 4 x on each spool holder. We made sure the type of bearing used in our design is super common and available everywhere.

Great but support gets stuck with a 0 gap.

thank you for your feedback. I will change up the print profile and add a gap between the support and model.

How about a way to make a wide variety of sizes? I have spools in my AMS from 49mm to 66mm

there are 4 sizes available to use. I could design a few more to suite larger spools if you like?

There are 4 sizes varying from 59mm, 60mm, 61mm, 62mm. (they were designed specifically to cater for the Bambu 1kg spools.

bearing don’t fit without sanding

Support Issue:Supports were 100%bonded with the model, can't get them away without ruining model surface..i ended up throwing it all away
