Description
This is a replacement washer for the electrical connection plugs used on some Lytworx Christmas lights (Bunnings brand). My set had a rough diameter of 11.6mm on the plug itself (right hand side of the plug in my images). Worth measuring your set just in case it's a different size before printing!
A few of my connections seemed to be missing the washer to make the connection waterproof/resistant, so I wanted to make sure it remained safe and clean and found this to be handy and easy way to fix. Default print includes two washers, but clone the object to as many as needed.
Two models types attached - the tighter fit I think is best as it seems to remain on better, but needs a little stretching to fit, where as the loose fit will go on easily and be removed easily.
Designed to be printed from TPU! I used Bambu Labs TPU 95A HF whilst prototyping this.
