Description

Small pin to block filament tube rivet openings of your enclosure for a better air seal.

Should fit most third party enclosures with dedicated filament pass-through openings (suited for ¼" rivet ID).

Use my print profile for easy and fast printing (no support required). However, for added durability, rotate pins 90 degrees to align the axis of the part with your print beds x or z axis, and add supports.

As mentioned, you may want to print it on its side, I also recommend using 100% infill if you wish, the joints can break as it's oriented currently but they only take a few minutes to re-print and require zero supports.

Tolerance is a bit too tight. Impossible to fit without breaking tabs. Will reprint on the side with supports, thanks Amazon reviewer.

Even sideways? honestly my first set is still on the enclosure fine 😅, I can also send you a completely full round version if you're printing in TPU, but you should be ok with TPU as is.

thanks, thinking about it, you may not even need the middle slit with TPU, I may upload another print profile like this for TPU.

The middle slit helped with the TPU. one of the ones I printed has stringing between the two "posts" - it wouldn't fit in the rivet too well until I trimmed it out. I believe the slit you've made is key. Such a simple print but worked great. Thank you again.

i printed it twice they just break trying to get them off the board and put into the inclosure

Thanks for the feedback, I previously provided another print profile which was taken down due to not having an image, (I will try to re-upload it at some point), however, try to print it on its side using supports if you can. Unfortunately, this is a very small part that can break depending on your filament type and print conditions.
