I printed this in Bambu Lab PETG-HF - I didn't notice in the instructions one over the other. I'm going to split off the L portion ( 90 degree lip ) and print that. Then , I'll remove that damaged section and glue the new L bracket. That should fix it. Also, a 2 piece design also has the advantage of allowing for different thickness bed rails.

can you share any dimensions on how wide the “hook” is that attaches to the side of the bed?

tried printing this twice, both times it failed when it got to the top part that hangs on the board. even tried a different type of support. :(
