Level Crossing (Brio compatible)

Description
Description
Double and single track Brio level crossing with mechanical barriers.
On each side of the track bed, the barrier can be attached to the ramp using a tongue and groove system. The original Brio tracks fit perfectly onto the printed track bed. Tracks from other manufacturers do not fit directly into this printed version. Here I use the connectors from the points set https://makerworld.com/en/models/476005#profileId-386879 to connect them.
Caution: The tongue and groove fit together very tightly. The components can be assembled with light and targeted pressure. Proceed with caution when separating the parts so that the tongue does not break.
Further accessories and assembly:
Parts from the Technic range of well-known interlocking brick manufacturers are required for the mechanics (see photos, which also explain the assembly). If you do not have the parts at home, you can certainly print them too. By attaching a small crank, the barrier can be easily moved.
I printed all the printing plates with supports.
Note:
This toy is not suitable for small children, as the mechanics consist of small parts.
