Printing & Assembly Tips
I printed using PLA on the Prusa i3 MK3 with different colors for the door and body.
The locker body prints will just need supports under the clips / hooks. I recommend applying organic supports for the QUBE version and grid supports for the Ikea version on build plate only. My slicer also warned me about low bed adhesion when printing the door, but I found that enabling a brim caused some issues with the door moving freely after the print. I removed the brim and just used some glue on the print bed and everything worked great!
If you are printing the combined version of the locker body, then you will need to pause the print before the door slot is covered (at ~66mm), and insert the door.
For the locker body that prints in two halves, just fit the rolling door into one half of the locker body, as shown below. Then, apply some glue to the rectangular joining pegs and holes, press the two halves together and make sure the rolling door still moves freely.
