A flexible battery case accommodating five Sony NP-FZ100 batteries.
Requires printing with flexible filament such as TPU, secured by friction, batteries are easily ejected by gently pushing from the bottom opening.
Due to tolerances arising from variations in printers and filaments, the batteries may fit too loosely or too tightly. This can be compensated for by fine-tuning the X-Y hole dimensions.
On the Bambu P1, 98A TPU filament was used with a 25% infill, resulting in optimal softness and tightness. You can also adjust the infill rate between 15% and 40% based on material properties and desired firmness.
