Bosch PBD 40 Wheel Knob / Handle

This handle is attached to the wheel of the Bosch PBD40 using 3x M5x30mm bolts and 3x M5 nuts. The knob is attached to the handle using an M10x40mm bolt and M10 washer (30 mm outer diameter). In my example, I have only attached one handle, but three can also be attached if you prefer bench drills with a cross. I was inspired by mbatorowicz design (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4190421), but I wanted a more rounded shape, one less screw for mounting on the wheel and adjustments to the tolerances.

I have reworked the design so that no support is needed and the thread for the knob and handle is modeled so that you don't have to cut the thread. 

There are now variants for knob or handle, depending on what suits you better. Additionally, each variant is available with either M10x40mm bolt and M10 washer or alternatively with M8x40mm bolt and 608 ZZ ball bearing, depending on which parts you already have. The profiles and 3D models are named accordingly with “knob”/"handle" “M8 Bearing”/"M10".
