Description
UPDATE 4/14/25: Added another plate for chassis with side mount battery/ESC option. Now allows four mounting options for your smallest builds.
Midget chassis for SCX24 is designed for extra small builds. In the photo, you can see that I build a tiny Smart Car crawler from SCX24 parts. Body mount posts and cross pieces are included. Just find the right height of the body position and cut the mount to fit. Works with stock skid plate.
Plate one contains required chassis parts. The battery/esc mount can be placed on the top of the chassis or just ahead of the motor. If you want both, just print one more mount.
Plate two contains optional body mount posts and cross pieces. Not all parts are needed. There are long and short versions of minimal/regular cross pieces for the body mount. Short ones are used if no body posts are needed. Longer ones are used between the body posts. Body posts will be mounted to the outside of the chassis in both front and rear as needed.
