Description

This is a test model I made for myself after visiting my orthopedist. I've got a weird pain in my feet while wearing new snowboarding boots. Doc said this was due to flat feet and said that I should do a few exercises including stretching out my toes with a small cylinder like a glue stick. So I did this and I hope it will be useful for someone else. Cheers!

It helped alot but idk how to explain how it felt like a good message after I was finished, sometimes it cramped the whole underside of my foot but in a good way? I would do it while raising my toes upwards too, felt the best. Also felt like it was helping my lower back too.
