Crank-Connecting Rod Mechanism Module
Print Profile(1)

Description
A crank-connecting rod mechanism, a motor drives two connecting rods, converting rotational motion into linear motion. Further components can be added to create a boxing effect, a whack-a-mole game, wing articulation to simulate walking, or a flower petal opener—the possibilities are limited only by your imagination.
The motor specifications are shown in the diagram; it is a 5V, 1:48 gear reduction motor. Bolt fixation is unnecessary (Disk 2 is a 3D-printed fixture, but M3*8 bolts and heat-set nuts can be used; corresponding holes are pre-drilled).
