Description
A flexible battery case that can hold five Panasonic DMW-BLK22 batteries.
Requires flexible filament such as TPU to print, secured by friction, and batteries can be easily removed by gently pushing them out from the bottom hole.
Due to tolerances from different printers and filaments, the battery may be too loose or too tight after insertion. This can be compensated by fine-tuning the X-Y hole dimensions.
Printed on a Bambu P1 using 98A TPU filament at 20% infill, achieving optimal softness and tightness. You can also adjust the infill rate between 15% and 40% based on material properties and hardness requirements.
