Uploaded for easy printing from the Bambu Handy app

Guy Insulator for antenna towers, guy lines, sailboat back stay antennas, and anywhere you may need such an item. Designed with 10mm hole for your line or wire. Easy to scale to whatever size desired. I like 100% and 80% for my needs. If you need larger, scale up.
Print in PETG for durable outdoor use. Do not recommend PLA or ABS.

This is specifically designed to work in tension, with the center under compression as depicted here.

Designed in Fusion 360.

Overview and Background

In my journey to design an insulator for myself, I learned that the subject of insulators is
quite a bit more interesting and considerably more involved than I ever thought it would be.
I put together a PowerPoint presentation with some of what I learned for my local radio club, and also uploaded with my Antenna End Insulator for your interest.
