These are replacement glide plates for Stressless chairs, to be used when the originals are worn.

To replace the plates, simply loosen the large knurled nut by hand, and you will have the two main parts in your hands where the glide plates are inserted. For easier assembly, the glide plates can be glued in place with double-sided adhesive tape.
