Clevis for 20 mm with "M2 thread"
Print Profile(1)

Description
A printable clevis for small RC models.
This print is enabled by the innovative organic support structures from
Prusa Slicer 2.6.
It is crucial to print it in the specified orientation (images, code).
PETG, with its elasticity, is the ideal filament; PLA would be too brittle.
Only then can it be clipped on.
Both the 1.5 mm hole for the servo lever and the M2 thread require
drilling or re-cutting.
Alternatively, enlarge the M2 thread to 2 mm. The push rod is
then glued in directly.
I utilize 1.5 mm carbon rods as the axle on the fork crown.
These are cut to 4.5 mm and secured on one side with a small amount of
superglue after insertion.
Alternatively, a screw or steel wire is suitable.
