Its really hard to avoid the black bleeding through the yellow. For some reason the black outline is very wide on lower layers, instead of just being on the outside. See screenshot of the first layer where black outline is added.

not sure why this one has so much black underneath all of the colors

Not sure. If you can try to add Top Shell Layer, this should make the color change few layers eariler to give more layers for the top colors.

This print profile came out better! Less black bleeding through. Only thing that’d make it better would be to have the picture on both sides instead of having one side a solid white.🙂👍
