Articulated Lizard with added head-to-torso link

This remix introduces functional linkage between the head and torso segments. I also blended the head into the linkage to make it a smooth transition. The source model did have a link, but layers 1-15 and 27-38 were fused together, making it impossible to seperate and be functional. I left a comment identifying the issue on 11/25 but it hadn't gotten corrected within 48 hours and I'm impatient, so here ya go! Props to Doxico for the source remix (he swapped the original head for the horned lizard head).
