Update 24.12.12: A Blender source file has been uploaded. Add text and modify surface textures as desired.

This design presents a pair of 3D-printed slides crafted from TPU 95A—a softer material would enhance comfort. While suitable for extended wear, their anti-slip properties are not optimal. Inspired by a Nike Jordan slide, this model was developed using Gravity Sketch and Blender.

The slides comprise two components: the upper and the sole. Differing infill patterns optimize the upper's suppleness while maintaining structural integrity in the sole. The design is sized for a US Men's 9; other sizes can be achieved via proportional scaling using the provided measurements.

I love all of the plates from Darkmoon3D, the discord community is helpful as well. I have the CFX, Cool Plate, G10 at the moment. Cool Plate is awesome, grips like no other, easy to clean and maintain and can continue to print on it at lower temps.

Printed really well. I used High Speed Overture TPU with the max volumetric speed at 2 mm3/sec with the min fan speed threshold at 20 and max at 100 and retraction at 0.4mm. Thanks for sharing. Great model!

For some reason, the opposite shoe prints about 3/4 of the way and fails. I've printed it twice and it fails in the same spot. Each time, I sliced it again to make sure the .gcode wasn't corrupted. I'm using the same slicer settings and can't figure out why it would fail. I was using the A1 for the first shoe and the two attempts at the opposite shoe. I'm going to slice it again and send it to the P1S to see if that makes a difference. I'm sure it's something I'm doing, so if there are any suggestions, I'm all ears!

your tpu is probably slipping in the gears. you could try proping up the tpu, putting it in a dryer and hooking it straight up to the print head.

I was getting a lot of stringing, and by lowering the hot end temperature by 10 degrees, it already printed much better

Thank you for your image. To make the shoes truly wearable, I am testing TPU 85A.

Hello, shoes printed with TPU 85A will be more comfortable, but they are more challenging to print and the supports are harder to remove.

I want to surprise my son with these! He’s 10 and size 4.. what do I have to scale it to and other settings? And is this TPU filament OK? (new to this)

Hello. It is recommended to use TPU 85A for printing. The model at 100% scale fits a foot length of approximately 270mm. You can calculate your required scaling factor by using: (foot length / 270mm).

Isn't it too loose on the top part? In the picture, it looks like there is at least a cm of space between your foot and the sandal, even with socks.

Unfortunately, the support collapsed just before the print was completed. I will try again.
