I searched for a long time but never found the perfect brick. Either the clamping force was too strong at the bottom or too weak at the top, which made it unusable for me. So I decided to design my own "perfect" brick. I took several original bricks and measured them to get good average values. I also took into account the small grooves on the inside, which were completely ignored in other models. The result is a copy of a brick that has excellent clamping and building properties.

the bottom fits a bit too tight, but very nice work overall printed with Verbatim PLA Aluminum Grey

I tried a bunch of lego bricks and none worked. I wanted to be able to add lego to shelves and other prints so my son can put lego characters on shelves I made him for his multiboard wall. These are the BEST Lego I have printed. fits great and I tried a 101% along with a 99.5% in case my printer isn't calibrated correctly and even those sizes fit with original Lego. Thanks for the design!

The red ones are real Legos and the brown one is the one I printed! snaps in really nice! I was nervous about needing supports or something but I didn't need them and they turned out great!

the main issue with trying to print lego pieces is that they do not snap together. The notches on the bottom of your bricks makes it so they do "snap" together. I was wondering if you added these notches to other bricks like 2x2, 1x4, plates, ect if they all could snap together.
