Description

Updated Rev 2 platform now has cutout for speaker audio to pass through. Since the KX2 has a rear facing speaker, I've had a few requests to make a hole in the platform. You only need to print one of the two platforms, and one of the legs. I am leaving the v1 of the platform incase someone doesn't want the cutout for the speaker.

This is a stand for the Elecraft KX2 radio. I based the two piece assembly (and collapsibility) off of the style used on an apparently discontinued KX3 stand, once manufactured by SOTAbeams. You will require some string and a plastic toggle spring stop (single hole) string cord lock - see photos.

The stand is meant to be easily disconnected, and broken down flat (for ease of transport in a backpack, for example).
