I recommend printing it out of TPU, as it allows for a little squish, and also virtually indestructible through normal wear and tear. It can also be printed with PLA and PETG.

I think the sweet spot is 25mm-30mm wide, and 15-25% infill. I have included three different sizes; 60mm, 76mm, and 92mm.
