SD Card holder (slim)

This is a slim and durable SD card case in a credit card like format. It comes in two parts, a lid and a the case itself. Since the lid contains an SD card icon, I made one for multi-color and one for single color prints, depending on your needs and printing capabilities. For the case, the following options are available:

• 4 standard SD Cards
• 16 micro SD Cards
• 2 standard + 8 micro SD Cards
• 3 standard + 4 micro SD Cards

Just select the version that best suits your needs. Closed, the case has a size of 77 mm x 64 mm x 6.5 mm.

I designed the SD card slots for a slightly loose fit so that the cards cannot get stuck even on bad printing tolerances. Secure storage is provided by the lid which satisfyingly snaps into place when sliding over the case through some retention pins and notches. That way the case cannot accidentally open.

I printed all versions on my BambuLab P1S with a 0.4 mm nozzle, Sunlu PLA+ and Bambo Basic PLA with standard PLA printing settings:

• layer height = 0.2 mm
• 2 walls
• 100% infill (lower infill is possible but barely affects filament usage)
• no supports needed, simply print with the flat sides down

This is a heavily modified Remix of Clippy923's SD Card Holder Design. I added a second column for more storage space and to give it a more credit card like appearance. Rounded edges provide a smoother and more durable build and added retention pins prevent the case from accidentally sliding out. I also added an icon to the lid for a nicer appearance.
