Heavy's original Style Shells
Print Profile(1)

Description
When the original Heavy's Headphones hit the kickstarter campaign, they were shown with some great looking Shells, featuring a groove down the middle. The split in the middle made them look pretty unique, and I backed the campaign. Fast forward a couple of years, to when I actually received them, and they changed the shell design for a flat shell, with the brand “Heavy's” flat printed in white (black for some early receivers).
As I prefered the original design to the shipped version, I decided to try and create a 3D printed version of them - partly to see if I could, and partly to learn 3D printing and modelling.
I had some help in learning the tricks from the OnShape Reddit community, but this is the final design, after a LOT of tweaking.
The pictures are straight off the printer, using a 0.4mm Nozzle on my Bambu A1 mini, in PETG. I'm waiting on a 0.2mm nozzle, to see how it imporves the resolution, but these look pretty good straight off the printer. They need some finishing, but wanted to show them in their “Raw” state.
Due to the way they are printed, they can be quite fragiule when trying to take them off, and they fit extremely snugly.
I will update this post as and when I make any more progress.
