AUG PARA conversion for Lehui Gel Blaster
Requires extensive modification of the receiver
Instructions and Tips for the conversion of the Lehui AUG Gel Blaster into the PARA (R6S) The receiver requires extensive work, you will need to cut and modify the receiver which is irreversible. So if you intend to go back to stock this mod is not for you. Initially remove the receiver from the body of the blaster, easier to also remove the barrel, charging handle and barrel locking button. Then print the ‘spine’ piece, you will need this to guide you as to where to cut blaster. Make initial cuts to receiver, leaving enough material around the top to mesh with the spine piece, cuts should be something like:

Using the spine as a guide trim the remaining receiver so when the spine is fitted it will look something like:

Note in this photo I have also removed the nose off the receiver and glued, patched, sanded and painted the receiver. I also used ‘rivnuts’ to provide a threaded interface in the top. This is optional but in my opinion is a better solution to threading into the 3d printed part. I marked the receiver, drilled the receiver and the spine, then epoxied the rivnuts in from the inside, there is enough room for the barrel to clear the rivnut flange.

When attaching the spine make sure it is level from left to right. I epoxied it on. Then puttied, sanded and painted the receiver. You will also need to modify the body of the blaster. The rail interferes with one of the body screws, I removed the screw, filed both sides then reinstalled the screw – you will need to test fit the rail to ensure it fits over the screw.

There is also an optional side rail for the receiver, I drilled and tapped the receiver but you could also bolt through provided the hardware isn’t too long that it interferes with the barrel etc. Assembly of the rail is logical, riser is in 4 parts to allow printing on my 200x280 bed. The rail sits on top. I glued all of this together with ‘Acri-Bond 105’, you could also epoxy/superglue.
Goodluck
