Description

In the Nordic countries, we have a store called Biltema, which sells inexpensive welding carts—likely identical to those offered by other Chinese brands.

The part is printed without threads; I recommend using 3–4 perimeters (walls) and then cutting the threads with an M8 tap.

A tool has been added to serve as a drill gauge.

The holes for the lower holder may need to be drilled larger so the holder can rest on the protruding edge of the cart, which provides better stability and durability.

Edit: The model now includes printed threads, but tolerances may vary depending on your printer and material, so using an M8 tap is still recommended to ensure a proper fit.

Because most of filler rod pipes are bigger in bottom end

That's correct but how is the tube supposed to get through Mine is so small I have to thread the tubes in from below The holes in the top are too small for ESAB filler

I don't know if Biltema raised the plate, but the hole pattern in the drill template works poorly both at the top and bottom. At the top, there isn't much material left if you're going to drill 8.5mm holes, so I placed it 9.4mm down from the top edge and made my own holes. The top has a center-to-center distance of 55mm, but the template does not. The lower hole was also positioned incorrectly in height, so the shelf edge on the holder ended up too low; this could be solved by drilling the hole 9.5mm instead. The dimensioning for the lower hole, however, seems correct, possibly off by a tenth of a millimeter when I measure

Printed out of ASA and worked great. top mount fits 1.5" ABS pipe nice, bottom I had to shave down some caps but worked good.
