Drawer Face Spacer 1-6 mm

I have created a model of a Spacer for adjusting drawer fronts and cabinet doors. I have prepared spacers ranging from 1 to 6 mm.

Each spacer size has the size written on the front so it can be easily recognized. For better distinction, you can also print each size in a different color.

Dimensions: 20 x 23 x 20 mm

Recommended settings

• Elephant foot compensation: 0.15 mm
• Outer wall and top surface speed: reduce for better appearance, e.g., to values between 40-80
• Sparse infill pattern: Gyroid
• Sparse infill density: 15%
• Infill direction: 90% or 180% so that the lines are vertical or horizontal, not diagonal

Note!!
For sizes 1.5, 2.5, 3.5, 4.5, 5.5 mm, set the layer height to 0.12 (0.2 will cause the thickness of 1.5mm to be 1.6mm).
