Description

I needed to adapt my cheap pressure bleeder to fit the clutch master cylinder on a classic GM car (a 1988 Fiero). I believe the thread on the pressure bleeder side is pretty standard. And the cap on the GM master cylinder is pretty standard as well. So this may be useful for you!

The dimensions of the threaded cap on my cheap pressure bleeder were 43mm on the inside (inside of the threads), and the threads were 3.2mm apart.  The inner diameter of the clutch master cylinder on the Fiero was 50.5mm.  So, before printing this, either measure and make sure it fits, or tweak the Fusion model to make it fit (see below).

There is a retention ring for a gasket on the actual master cylinder cap. If your gasket doesn't have that, you should remove that ring (I think you can do it in Bambu Studio). Also, you will need to cut a hole or X into the top of the gasket, if it is the disk type like mine was.

I'm including the Fusion 360 model files, and there are two user parameters you can change to tweak the diameters for the adapter (see the screenshot). I didn't add parameters for the thread pitch, etc., sorry.
