Second Generation Hand Crossbow
Print Profile(2)

Description
The second-generation hand crossbow features reversely installed bow limbs and a modified pulley system compared to its predecessor, resulting in increased power. A cocking mechanism has been added.
Avoid dry firing, as this will damage the components. After cocking, the bowstring and arrow will be nearly parallel, clamping the string hook; some force will be required to push the string hook back into position. Do not shoot before the cocking mechanism is fully reset; this will damage the cocking mechanism.
Assembly requires eight M3x8 socket head cap screws, three M3x16 socket head cap screws, two M3x5 countersunk screws, one 60cm bowstring, and two 15cm bowstrings.
Similar to the first generation, assemble the crossbow mechanism by first installing the central lever, inserting it from the bottom of the grip, then attaching the trigger and string hook. The two pulley cords must be wound symmetrically.
The front of the crossbow features a standard rail, allowing for the attachment of tactical accessories to aid aiming. I have fitted a laser sight.
