Sorry for replying so late. The middle guide rail can be replaced by bamboo sticks or the like. When I have time, I will redesign it and add it in.

If you want to print a rail, add a cylinder to the scene (right click > add primitive > cylinder. Then lay it on it's side, and scale the size to 4.75, 135, 4.75. Easy peasy.
