🧵 AMS Tube Holder (TPU) – Flexible Fit for Smooth Feeding! 🔄

This holder is designed specifically for TPU printing and helps guide the PTFE tube coming from the Bambu Lab AMS system.
Thanks to the perforated arm design, the tube can slide freely, allowing it to move comfortably as the print head travels – reducing stress and improving feeding performance. 🎯

⚠️ Note:
This version is intentionally designed to let the PTFE tube slide a bit – it's a flexible fit to allow smooth motion during printing.

👉 If you prefer a tighter hold, simply scale the model down slightly in the XY plane to grip the tube more firmly.

🛠️ Print Settings (Recommended):

Material: TPU (flexible filament)
Nozzle size: 0.4 mm
Layer height: 0.2 mm
Infill: 15–20% (gyroid or grid)
Wall count: 2–3
Speed: 25–35 mm/s
Supports: ❌ Not needed
Brim: ✅ Recommended (for better bed adhesion)
