Description

Fuel/Additive Funnel

V2 - I reworked the original model by changing the angle from 45° to 55° and making the wall thinner.

I added a larger model with a wider opening, a bit longer too. It make it a lot easier and confortable to put additive in your car by giving you a bit more room to work.

 

I could not find my funnel to put the additive in my car. So I made one, but better.

 

A specially designed funnel to securely pour additives into gas or diesel tanks while bypassing anti-misfuelling devices.

 

Compared to the one I bought, this one is longer overall, with 80 mm long nozzle, making the funnel part extend further from the car body and it should be easier to pour additive or fuel without spillage.

 

Dimensions in mm are 213x68x65

  • Plate 1 contains the Small Diesel Funnel with a Ø24mm nozzle.
  • Plate 2 contains the Small Gasoline Funnel with a Ø21mm nozzle.
  • Plate 3 contains the Large Diesel Funnel with a Ø24mm nozzle. (Added from v2)
  • Plate 4 contains the Large Gasoline Funnel with a Ø21mm nozzle. (Added from v2)

Filaments I used for this print are:

  • Body: PLA Basic Yellow (10400)

In fact PLA is great, 18 month and a few can of additives, my first funnel has not move.

It is cheap and available and I do not have to wait for shipping or buy a new one.

I just needed something quick to print with a small form-factor to use as a fuel treatment funnel. This design is/was perfect for that!

Daughter wanted a Fushia Fuel Additive Funnel for work... So... I printed a Fushia Fuel Additive Funnel. Turned out great !!

Excellent for my car. Printed in SUNLU gray PETG without issues. Kudos to the designer

Needed a funnel on a quick turnaround since I couldn’t find my regular one for some reason like a 10mm socket.. luckily this came in clutch for when I get home. Printed perfect by the looks of it and printed great in PET-CF17
