Description

If you want to replace your g604 heavy, metal, rusting wheel.

This 3d print of wheel holder and pin make it easier to remove the spoke from the wheel's press fit as well as re-assemble to a newly printed wheel, I can recommend this https://www.printables.com/model/124807-logitech-g604-scroll-wheel-ring

  1. Place the old wheel with spoke into the holder (see the gif), with hollow are on top and the tiny cutouts down,
  2. place the pushpin with the step and hole against the little pin protruding from the spoke
  3. either put it in vise/ strong clamp or slight tap with hammer should do (that's what I've done)

it can be also used to help pressing the spoke into a new wheel, all you do is flip the wheel (so the small thin inner rim faces you, then put the spoke inside so the hollow is facing down and you are seeing the little cutouts on top), place the pushpin and press (bit more carefully as this way the pin could push all the way through , I think with just your hand should be easy enough)
