Features and Benefits:
- Effortless Installation: The cover snaps into place with a single click, no tools required.
- Enhanced Usability: A textured surface on the pressing area prevents finger slipping during filament loading, greatly improving handling comfort.
- Prolonged AMS Lifespan: Protects the funnel-shaped filament inlet from abrasion caused by prolonged use, extending the service life of your AMS unit.
- Expanded Functionality: Optionally, you can print additional filament guiding components to improve spooling and prevent tangles, ensuring smoother filament management.
PTFE Tube Length:
- For the basic version (without additional guiding elements), a 3 cm PTFE tube is recommended.
- For the enhanced version (with filament guiding elements), a 6 cm PTFE tube is recommended.
Print Profile Options:
- Standard Hole: Recommended for tubes around 4.1 mm, providing a standard fit.
- Smaller Hole: Recommended for tubes around 4.0 mm in diameter, providing a tighter and more secure fit for better stability.
- New Filament Guide Compatible with Side-Hole Spools: Designed to prevent filament guide from falling into side spool holes, ensuring smooth unwinding and eliminating errors caused by jamming.
Update Notice:
Based on user feedback, we've redesigned the filament guide to address an issue where the previous version could fall into the side spool holes, causing jams and errors. This new version eliminates the problem and provides a more reliable experience. Thank you for your feedback!
