Description

Butterfly knob for hexagonal screws M4, M5, M6 and M8

 

For heavier applications (larger screw size) PET-G / 0.2 material is preferred. They are very durable.

Printing can be done without supports. Any possible imperfections of the socket will be covered by the screw head.

I encourage you to experiment with colors. :-)

worked great had old saw that was missing wingnut just had to resize it alittle bit but works well with petg

came out very good. had to push the brim out an gave me an idea. after placing the bolt with ca glue i turned over the leftover colored brim and glue it on top. leaving it to dry proper niw and then cut it. i figure it will cover and seal the nut. just an idea 😅 Did not had photo yet after cut, its still drying up now :) printed with PETG on P1S, standard setting. raised the bed temp 5 degr, just to be sure it would hold. printed 4pcs at once..

could not wait so started, bit hasty but next time i will take the time. anyway you get the idea 😅 @PYXIS maybe sink the bolt a little deeper in the design and make a sealing cap :)
