Have you considered making an opposite mold for being able to make these out of concrete?  These would make a beautiful path paver or detailed wall.

The Cobogó is a hollow and modular sealing element, typically Brazilian, that provides natural lighting and ventilation; basic concepts of bioclimatic architecture.
