This is a blank cover compatible with Merten sockets.

Print material: PLA

Support: PETG

The PETG support makes the support super easy to remove.

Just as a hint: Using PLA may be against your local regulations. UC, CE, ... PLA has a lower glass temperatur in comparison to like ABS, PC (typical outlet materials). So using PLA is risky in case of deformation by heat, flammeability and keeping a possible fire enclosured for a long enough, so you can flee the hazard.

Hello @Kidazo First of all, thank you very much for the model Unfortunately, your model is not suitable for the Merten M-Smart series, which—like most Merten series—uses an 80mm outer frame length and a 55mm inner frame length Therefore, you should specify which Merten model series your model is compatible with :) It would be great if you could also offer the blank cover in a 55mm (standard) version The intermediate adapter fits neatly into the M-Smart as well (see images) You could then dispense with the outer frame, or print one of the many models already available on Printables for that purpose The blind cover is primarily about the insert For printing, I used PETG-HF from Bambu Lab for both the model and the support It separated easily from each other However, with PLA as support, I had problems with bed adhesion twice in a row and had to abort For easier understanding regarding the 80mm and 55mm, I have attached a few pictures—I don't have a blank cover lying around here, so the double rocker switch from the computer had to stand in for the photoshoot :) It would be truly superb if you could also offer a 55mm blank cover Best regards Sascha

Generally a nice model and print profile. I did not print the outer frame. Unfortunately the inner parts did not fit to the existing Merten application.
