***PLEASE CLEAN YOUR BED PROPERLY BEFORE PRINTING. DAWN DISH SOAP(Or Equivalent) AND HOT WATER THEN DRY WITH PAPER TOWEL OR AIR DRY!! NOTHING ELSE NEEDED!! THIS WILL ENSURE YOUR PRINT IS SUCCESSFUL***

##  These models printed as shown but if you dont clean your bed properly and have adhesion issues, then you can add a brim or mouse ears. I test all my prints and it is proven to print as I set it up. ##

My nieces love to play in the snow so I thought I would try to design them something fun that I could 3d print for them. So I got to work in Tinkercad.

***Important ***

These toy snow shoes are designed for kids and should fit a shoe 9 ½" L x 4" wide or smaller. Please monitor their use, I am not responsible for any injuries that may occur while using them. This was a simple fun project and not a real snowshoe!

++Be very careful on Icy areas as they are designed for the soft snow, the hard pastic bottoms may cause them to slide on ice++

The Strap Plate is in TPU and not tested with any other material. The snowshoes are printed in PLA but you may want to try PETG or stronger for durability. The bear claw cleats are designed to protrude slightly below the outer edges to help with traction.

Installation:

1. Insert 3 way strap as shown in images

2. Then insert side straps through the 3 way strap eyeholes with barbs facing outwards

3. Slide toe of boot forward till it hits front strap tighten front and side straps as needed to snug boot, it is important to get boot strapped in front before adding the rear strap

4. after the front of boot is secured and side straps are installed you can slide the back strap onto the side strap barbs and tighten as needed to help hold the boot into place.

The straps are designed to be removed by twisting them 45 degrees so barbs align with the thinner side of the slots then pulling them out.

**Please see images above for detailed Strap installation instructions.**

Settings:

PLA Snowshoes: .28 layers, 15% cubic with Infill combination(checked), 4 walls for strength and 5 top and bottom shells, Detect thin walls(checked)

TPU Straps: Bambu TPU 95A profile, Arachne walls, .16 layers, 999 walls to make them solid, infill is irrelevant since 999 walls will make it solid

++No Support Needed++

You may want to print extra straps to take along in case of breakage. I havent had the time to test these personally as I live far from snow, so i dont know the durability of them yet.
