Description

Every tray I had used to grow microgreens was always difficult to harvest without making a mess! This was my solution - grow your greens in easy-to-harvest portions with ease with NO soil!

All you need is cotton balls, water and light!

1) Spread the cotton balls out in the tray (it's easy if you buy the ones that can un-roll)
2) mist the cotton with some water
3) spread seeds evenly on the cotton
4) cover and remember to mist every day
5) Uncover to expose seeds to light once they begin to show signs of sprouting!
6) Fill tray below the seeds with water so the roots can grow down into it and continue to drink
7) harvest!

I use a grow light but I have good reason to believe a bright windowsill would also work just fine :) healthy greens at home with ease

You can also buy microgreens seeds in bulk lots of places - just do a quick google search
