Mudguard for Öhlins RXF36 mtb fork

Bolt on mudguard for Öhlins RXF36 mountain bike fork. The mudguard is designed around RXF36 first version 27.5" 150mm travel but it will most likely fit forks for 29" wheels and other travel options as well with the same bolt pattern.

The mudguards weigh 100g in PETG, but if you're running a RXF36, than weight saving is probably not your biggest priority ;) 

Bolt pattern: c-c 64mm of the outer screws, middle screw is centered and 7mm above the outer bolts.

If your'e having adhesion issues when printing you might want to add a brim to the front- and rear part of the mudguard. It worked well for me without brim using PETG filament and a Smooth PEI plate with glue stick.

This design will need some post processing:

1: Remove burrs from brim if used

2: Place the positioning pins in the assigned holes in the front mudguard

3: Apply glue and fix the front and rear mudguard together, I used standard super glue

4: Apply glue around the inner seam of the mudguard and fix the reinforcement part for added strength

To mount the mudguard to the fork you will need 3 M4x12mm screws with washers.
