after seeing several people selling these, offering only to print their designs, no customization, etc. without an upcharge that just seemed not worth it....

I took a factory vent and drew it up in cad, this is a car interior part, and should be printed in ABS or PETG, low layer heights for a good quality print and less layer lines.

this is a besic vent with no side to side air direction, intended to be cusomized by the end user. such as a gauge pod or control, or digital display

***added gauge pod, i have not printed and tested however i did print to fit test original vent, made for 2 1/16 gauge with clearance for collar on back and added .2mm on each side for a tighter fit so that with the weight of the gauge it doesnt flop around feel free to pm me with needed revisions. 2 versions 1 will require trimming for good fit but has no gaps on back. hard to design without printing and no test fit.
