Description
I originally designed this part for the Retro-Bit Saturn controller as I've had this piece break on two the Retro-Bit controllers at around the same time. But I have since found that the part is identical in most original Sega Saturn controllers too, so this part is a perfect replacement for those.
If your controller no longer responds to dpad input in at least one specific direction then this internal piece has probably broken.
I made the part in Tinkercad using measurements from the original part and it is a perfect fit. The controller is as good as new with the new part.
If your Saturn controller is the larger MK-80100/MK-80301 model I recommend using my other model as the “wings” are a little shorter for that one : Sega Saturn D-pad back part (MK-80100 / MK-80301)
